I applied for an internship through Aggie Job Link sometime before finals and got a reply pretty much the next day. I schedule for an internship for this morning at 10:30am and was kind of nervous for it because the lady had said that there would be an informal interview. Luckily, it simply consisted of getting a tour of the school, filling out some paper work, and choosing my hours. So now I officially have my first internship ever! Yay! Took my long enough to get one. -.-
It’s at a school for children ages 2 up to the 2nd grade. I’m signed up to work with children that at 2-4 and I start on Friday!
The only bad thing is that I wasn’t going to have any early mornings besides for Thursday (7:30am lab x.x) but now I go to my internship at 9am on Tuesdays and Fridays. Oh well. I can apply to earn credits so it will definitely be worth it.
